Import AMC Schedule
Bulk upload planned maintenance schedules via Excel.
Step 1: Download Template
Download the latest Excel template. It carries the same 24 columns as Export All and Export Selected, so an exported file can be edited and imported straight back:
- PMC Number — leave blank to create a new record; fill it in to update an existing one
- Customer Name, Site, AMC Start Date, AMC End Date — required for new records (dates as YYYY-MM-DD); together they also act as the fallback match when no PMC Number is given
- PMC Count — required for new records:
0(No PMC),1(Yearly),2(Half-Yearly) or4(Quarterly) - Frequency — derived from PMC Count
- First PMC Date, PMC1–PMC4 and their Status columns — only the positions within the PMC Count are used
- AMC Value — optional, zero or greater
- AMC Status —
Active,ExpiredorCancelled - Engineer Name / Engineer Email — must match an active user, otherwise the record is left unassigned
- Support Head Email, AM/PM Email, SLA Profile, Remarks — optional
Step 2: Upload Excel File
You can upload a full sheet or just the columns you want to change — a column that is not in the sheet keeps its stored value, while a column that is present but blank clears it. The whole workbook is validated before anything is saved: if any row fails, the entire import is rolled back and the exact error is shown below — no silent or partial imports.
